Elizabeth Atieno Bakker, known by her stage name Lizzy Baker, is an emerging African singer born in 1999 in Kenya, who moved to Belgium at the age of nine. Through her music career, she explores her roots, offering an honest glimpse into her identity and background while sharing her aspirations for the future. Lizzy Baker draws inspiration for her lyrics from the memories of her youth and her experiences in her second homeland. She studied Jazz at the Antwerp Conservatory and is currently pursuing a training course as a vocal coach at the CVI in Copenhagen, while also honing her bass playing in a jazz/pop studio in Antwerp. In January, she released her first EP.
